Hankook Tyres started in 1941 back then known as the Chosun Tyre Company. The company changed its name to Hankook tyre manufacturing 27 years later.
In the early days, Hankook was known as a cheap branded tyre but now in the modern times Hankook has really begain to shine as a premium tyre manufacture.
Entering the original equipment market and producing tyres for Land Rover, Mercedes, Porsche and many more. Having the ability to produce an original fit tyre suitable for the sensitive to tyres Porsche just shows how Hankook are big player in the top-flight premium tyre market.
